  • Green Chilli - 8-10
  • Coriander, Pudina leaves
  • Menthya (methi) leaves
  • Pepper, Spices

Spicy Chilli Chicken My style.

Method:

  1. Fry chopped one onion, and add chicken.
  2. Add a pinch on turmeric, 1 or 2 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of pepper powder and deep fry.
  3. Fry till the water dries up.
  4. Meantime make paste of Ginger, Garlic,2 Onions, 8 to 10 green chillis, Spices (garama masala 1 spoon), coriander leaves, Pudina leaves, and menthya leaves.
  5. Add the paste once the water dries up.
  6. cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
Spicy Chilli Chicken is ready to serve. It’ll be good with Chapathi, Akki rotti and even with rice. can also be served with mutton pulao as a side dish.
