- Chicken 1Kg,
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 2 Full
- Onion - 3
- Green Chilli - 8-10
- Coriander, Pudina leaves
- Menthya (methi) leaves
- Pepper, Spices
Spicy Chilli Chicken My style.
Method:
- Fry chopped one onion, and add chicken.
- Add a pinch on turmeric, 1 or 2 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of pepper powder and deep fry.
- Fry till the water dries up.
- Meantime make paste of Ginger, Garlic,2 Onions, 8 to 10 green chillis, Spices (garama masala 1 spoon), coriander leaves, Pudina leaves, and menthya leaves.
- Add the paste once the water dries up.
- cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
Spicy Chilli Chicken is ready to serve. It’ll be good with Chapathi, Akki rotti and even with rice. can also be served with mutton pulao as a side dish.
